About Us
Kirsten Spencer is a devoted labor and delivery nurse and childbirth educator with a passion for providing evidence based care to all birthing persons. Having worked in the hospital setting since 2009, she acknowledges the difficulties of navigating the medical model of care and hopes to use evidence to promote positive birthing experiences for families. Her knowledge and enthusiasm as an instructor aims to encourage advocacy, connect with families and promote an empowering birth.

Designed to provide expecting families with an understanding of labor, birth and the immediate postpartum period while boosting confidence in their journey into parenthood. Discussion of pain management, medical procedures and comfort measures are client favorites.

Breastfeeding is an amazing and natural experience. Having the information provided in this class will give you the confidence in giving your infant the best start.
